"Additional educational costs are to be expected for uniforms, books, field trips, school pictures, and supplies."
Tuition can be paid in full at the beginning of each academic year, or in two installments. Payment plans may be granted upon case-by-case approval by the School Board (assessment fee applies).
Admission Requirements
Grade Placement
- JK: Must turn 4 by December 31st
- SK: Must turn 5 by December 31st
- Grade 1+: Determined by age, records, and readiness
Required Documents
- Birth certificate or passport
- Immunization record (Ontario law requirement)
- Previous report card (Grade 1 and above)
Process & Timelines
Application Submission
Families complete the online application form and submit required documents.
Interview/School Visit
The school may invite families for an interview or student assessment.
Admission Decision
Families receive confirmation of acceptance and an enrollment package.
Registration
Completed forms and tuition deposit secure the student’s place.
* Applications are accepted year-round, but enrollment is subject to space availability. Early application is strongly encouraged.
Tuition & Fee Policies
- Fees are set annually by the Board of Directors.
- A non-refundable registration fee is required.
- Tuition assistance may be available depending on financial need.
- Late payments may result in penalties or loss of enrollment.
Waitlist Procedures
When classes are full, accepted applicants will be placed on a waitlist in order of application date. Families will be notified immediately if a spot becomes available.
Application fee of $150 applies. Enrollment is subject to Board approval.
